Nativo identified many returning site visitors who hadn’t taken any action – they were browsing with no intent. This audience of “browsers” didn’t trigger any engagement events at all.

But, all was not lost with these prospects who left the website without a trace. Nativo knew they needed to target the returning visitors, yet the existing content wasn’t cutting the mustard for second-timers.

Our Solution

Nativo decided to target returning visitors who had accessed the site in the last 20 days. Together with Webeo, Nativo ran a personalized campaign experiment for 8 weeks across multiple pages.

The vision of the experiment was all about urgency, with the copy and element positioning driving visitors toward the all-important CTA.

Nativo felt the campaign’s direction matched their vision and expectations and decided to go big: delivering the personalized campaign to 100% of returning visitor traffic.   

The primary goal was to capture and convert returning visitors on the Nativo website by personalizing 5 key pages.

Nativo took a data-driven approach to identify the 5X page experiences to personalize, including the homepage and the contact us page. This achieved two things:

By updating the messaging approach from soft on the original homepage to bold on the personalized version they started to see visitors take the desired Call to Action
